Aside from being an excellent car rental agency that quickly responded to our requests and offered us prices far better than the competition, as well as a vehicle in perfect condition and very clean, Vista Cars and its staff are truly outstanding on a human level. Stella didn’t hesitate to assist... us throughout the entire trip, suggesting places to visit and beaches to check out. She took the time to help us plan each day and was never bothered by our many questions.No hidden fees, full insurance, very responsive, we had no issues with the car.Don’t hesitate for a second and rent your vehicle from them. I had a great experience renting with Vista Cars. They are wonderful people who were extremely helpful, transparent, and made the process very simple. I contacted around a dozen rental agencies before my trip and Vista gave me the best price by far. My pickup and dropoff locations were 2.5 hours... away from eachother but this was not a problem for them and they found a way to make it work! I will definitely rent with them again next time I'm in Crete.read more

The team is awesome. The vehicle was like new interior and exterior (Fiat tito). They managed to find 2 car seats for our twin babies. Car seats where new!! When we faced a small issue (low voltage of the battery) they came immediately (within 1 hour) and changed the battery. They also helped us... with suggestions for places to visit and eat in Crete.
